Abstract

DPRR is a community-focused meme and utility token deployed on the Base network, an Ethereum Layer 2 built on the OP Stack. DPRR aims to combine the viral culture of meme coins with a disciplined approach to liquidity, transparent tokenomics, and a roadmap centered on real community participation and on-chain utility.
